We want your stay with us to be as stress-free as possible, and that includes the booking process and assurances in the times we now face.

If your trip has to be cancelled because of Covid 19, a full and immediate refund will be given. We kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible and keep the lines of communication open so that if there are any doubts over travel, we can work fairly together.

The property is given a full deep clean between guests as standard practice, and every measure is taken in keeping with COVID-19 safe practice.

Check in process is quick and efficient with all necessary safety precautions taken. The property will be yours in it's entirety and if anyone has to come onto the premises (pool cleaning, maintenance etc) you will be notified in advance.
